You can listen to episode 12 here, the first part of a Q&A session with former law enforcement officer and private investigator, Guy Paradee, here. Guy began looking into the case shortly after Maura’s disappearance as a member of the New Hampshire League of Investigators (led by John Healy). He’s been a police officer, a detective, a federal agent, and is an expert in crime scene and accident reconstruction. He answers questions that were proposed by members of the “The Disappearance of Maura Murray Discussion Group” on Facebook. The questions are asked by one of the administrators of the group, Sara, who compiled the questions and set up the meeting with Guy. A huge thanks to Guy for spending the afternoon sharing his knowledge, and patiently answering all of our questions. Also, thanks to Sara for setting up the Q&A, and for being an instrumental component of re-introducing Guy to the case. There's no question that his knowledge, expertise, and resources are a major asset. (Note: The group's other administrator, Melissa, also helped set up the Q&A but was unfortunately unable to join us.)
The topics covered in Part 1 of the Q&A include include the NHLI’s primary suspect (Rick Forcier), the results of cadaver dog searches in the area, the NHLI's conclusions about the A-Frame house, and Guy’s assessment of the damage to the Saturn.
